The first step is filling out the diagnosis form. Once submitted, you can schedule a call directly with the team to go deeper into your situation. After that conversation, we evaluate whether there's a real opportunity to work together and define next steps.

In that conversation, we look at how your acquisition is working today, what your goals are, and where the real opportunities might be. This isn't a sales call: it's an honest review to see if working together actually makes sense.

It depends on where each business is starting from. Generally, the first few weeks are focused on building the right structure and starting to generate data. Clearer results tend to come once the system has been running and optimizing for some time. Acquisition doesn't improve overnight.
